Cookies

This page explains what cookies are, which ones Devroute Core uses, and how you can manage them. Related: Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage keys. They help sites remember preferences and understand aggregate usage.

How we use cookies

We use essential cookies (and localStorage) to remember your cookie choice and keep basic site functions stable. If you accept analytics cookies, we may measure page visits in aggregated form to improve navigation and content clarity.

Types

  • Essential — required for consent storage and core delivery.
  • Analytics — optional; used only after Accept.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
devroute_core_cookie_consent Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner Until cleared (localStorage) Devroute Core
dr_session_routing Essential load-balancer stickiness on some hosts Session Hosting provider
_dra Optional analytics for page path aggregates 6 months Devroute Core analytics (if enabled after Accept)

Managing cookies

Use Accept or Reject on our banner. Rejecting does not block access to courses information or forms. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Disabling essential storage may cause the banner to reappear.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts or linked third-party destinations (for example Microsoft Store) may set their own cookies under their policies. We do not control those cookies.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics simply limits our ability to see aggregate usage. Core educational pages remain available. Clearing all site data removes your stored preference until you choose again.
